This creamy vodka sauce pasta is my go to girl dinner! It is also great for a group setting because it’s easy, and it never disappoints. If you want to add a little more to this meal you can serve it with chicken breast or some warm garlic bread!
To start, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your rigatoni for 10-12 minutes. For the vodka sauce you are going to combine butter, heavy whipping cream, tomato paste, garlic, parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and a splash of vodka to heighten all of the flavors — the exact ingredient measurements will be listed below.
