Steak Cobb Salad
A subtle, but good twist on the classic Cobb salad!
If you are looking for a fun way to spice up a classic salad, this meal is just that! It is also super simple and quick, which is always a plus in my book. I made a few slight changes to the traditional Cobb salad, and in my opinion… those changes made it even better!
Sticking to your classic Cobb salad ingredients we used corn, avocado, cherry tomatoes and red onion. With that we added in some feta cheese, arugula, and for protein we chose steak. I also made a very simple dressing/ vinaigrette to go over top, and it was perfection — exact ingredient measurements are listed below!
For our steak we used top sirloin. This is the only ingredient that needs to be cooked which is why this recipe is so easy! After combining all of your ingredients you add a little bit of salt and pepper and enjoy! Video version.
